In the event the product has been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the product to the us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the relevant product within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of the cancellation was given to the Site. Product(s) must be in their original packaging.
If you do not return the relevant product within 30 days of notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted it, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the Site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and unworn within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding the original delivery charge) on receipt. This does not apply to any piercing jewellery, i.e. earrings for hygienic reasons.
You must obtain a returns authorisation code in order to facilitate a return. This can be obtained by emailing info@isabellagrace.ie or calling 086 7933452 or 056 7726260.
No return will be processed without an authorisation code and will be sent back to the sender.

FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us and quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. If a fault appears after 7 days from receipt of the item please contact us.
